    Allegany County Electronics Recycling Week The City of Cumberland in collaboration with Allegany County is sponsoring an electronics recycling week. Cumberland residents may recycling electronics at Penn-Mar Recycling Center at 975 Kelly Road September 26 - 30th. Electronics will be accepted from 8 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday and until 7 pm Wednesday September 28th. $5.00 fee for all televisions/other items (see flyer) recycled for free.
