A report from the MD Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) is included for each parcel. Please note that land values and improvement values are listed separately on the SDAT report. It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify that their intended use of the property would be permitted.

Requests for information (RFI) for the explanation or clarification of any point not sufficiently covered by existing documents must be submitted in writing to Kevin Thacker, Code Compliance Manager, 57 North Liberty Street, Cumberland, MD 21502, or through email to email@example.com. The cutoff for submittal of RFI’s is 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
Bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 57 N. Liberty Street, Cumberland, until but not after 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Proposals will be opened and read at 2:30 p.m. on that date in the City Hall Council Chambers.
