Pavilion Reservations

Gazebo at the Constitution Park.

To reserve a pavilion contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 301-759-6635, Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pavilions are reserved from April 1st through October 31st, we begin taking reservations for the current year the first Monday in February.

Pavilion #5  $85.00  115 people Electric, grill, water  (basketball court)

Pavilion #6  $85.00    80 people Electricity, grill, lights, water  (10 tables)
 

Amphitheater and Gazebo-- Reservations must be requested on a Facility Use Request Form and approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation.  This is done on an individual basis.

Picnic Kits
A large duffle bag consisting of Softball, Softball Bats, Badminton Net, Badminton Rackets, Shuttlecocks, Volleyball, Volleyball Net, Frisbee Horseshoes, Horse Pegs with extra items such as Sacks for Racing, Football, or Basketball. This item may be reserved by contacting the Cumberland Parks and Recreation Department at 301-759-6635.  There is a  $5.00 fee and $1.00 a day late fee.
