         (1)    Open Air Commercial Parking Lot – To conduct an open-air
         Commercial parking lot
                  Capacity – 20 Cars or less                                                                    $15.00
                  Capacity – 21 Cars and not more than 50                                          $30.00
                  Capacity – 51 Cars or more                                                                   $45.00
 
         (2)   Shooting Gallery – Any shooting gallery or set up any room                      $125.00
       wherein rifle or pistol shooting is practiced upon a commercial
       basis
 
              (3) Pawnbrokers – To engage in the business of a pawnbroker                      $250.00
 
(4)  Secondhand Dealers – To buy or sell secondhand goods, exclusive       $75.00
       of the buying and selling of scrap metals and rubber
 
(5) Junk Dealers – To buy or sell scrap metals, including the purchase       $250.00
       of secondhand motor vehicles and the wrecking thereof, and of
       rubber
 
(6)  Fortunetellers, Palmists, etc. – To act as a clairvoyant, palmist,               $150.00 
       fortuneteller, phrenologist or similar business and make a
       charge for the business, or to sell books pertaining to any
       such things and demonstrate application thereof
 
(7) Sound Trucks – To operate any sound truck                                                $1.00 Per Hour
                                                                                                                           
 
(8) Hotels – To operate any hotel which is unlicensed under the                  $5.00 Per Room
      provisions of state law pertaining to intoxicating beverages. A                
      hotel shall be construed to be any place offering accommodation
      to transients and containing five (5) or more guest rooms
 
(9) Temporary Business – Temporary businesses for the sale of           $375.00   60 Calendar Days
      goods, wares, or merchandise, either wholesale or retail.             
      License may be renewed for two (2) like periods not to
      exceed six (6) months. This is a business wherein the proprietor
      of the business is not the owner of the building or premises where
      such business is to be conducted, or has a lease for a term of
      less than one year, or is a tenant by the month
 
(10) Fruit & Vegetable Vendors – Any person selling from a wagon
        or vehicle at retail or wholesale within the city any fresh fruits,
        vegetables or other country produce, of which that person is not
        the bona fide grower or producer

(11)    Automatic Amusement Devices and Arcades –

                  coin or token (does not include automatic pool
                  tables or machines designed primarily to play
                  music or to entertain children under ten years of
                  age, nor automatic merchandise vendors or coin-
                  operated latch and service devices with no game
                  features).
 
(12) Poolroom Permits – A permit shall be issued to every                       No fee
         person operating or maintaining a poolroom within the
         City
 
(13) Solicitation Permit – Every person engaged in soliciting                    No fee
         or canvassing orders for any goods, wares or merchandise,
         for subscriptions to magazines or periodicals or for the
         rendition of any service; any picture enlargers or photographers
         within the meaning of the interstate commerce laws; any
         farmers, gardeners or orchardists selling their own products or
         advertising or soliciting for a local merchant; and any person
         who solicits business or contributions for any cause or purpose
         whatsoever
