Henderson Ave Improvements- Engineering Services     NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Sealed Proposals addressed to John J. DiFonzo - City Engineer will be received until but not after 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, July 30, 2009. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside thereof “Henderson Avenue Improvements – Engineering Services - City Project Number 11-09-M”. The limits of the design will be the entire length of Henderson Avenue, from Baltimore Avenue to Mechanic Street. Proposals will be opened in the Engineering Office on the bid due date at 2:30 p.m. Each bidder shall submit five (5) copies. The address is:   City of Cumberland Engineering Office 20 Bedford Street Suite 343 Post Office Box 1702 Cumberland, Maryland 21501-1702   Interested bidders can request a copy of the bid documents by sending an email to pdepalatis@allconet.org .   A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday July 15, 2009 at 9:00 a. m. in the Engineering Division Conference Room, Room 343 on the third floor of the Public Safety Building.   NOTE TO ALL BIDDERS: FINAL MAIL PICKUP FROM THE POST OFFICE, BOX 1702, WILL BE 9:30 A.M.
