The next and final 2013 Comprehensive Plan Neighborhood Listening Meeting will be conducted at 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 23 in the Allegany County Library's main branch at 31 Washington Street. This meeting is to identify issues and needs in the Westside neighborhoods of the City, including Haystack Mountain and the Dingle. A copy of the legal ad for the meeting is provided below.
