The 2nd and 3rd readings were scheduled for March 25, 2014.
Charter Amendment Resolution No. 142 passed on March 25, 2014 by a vote of 5-1. Upon passage of the 50-day referendum period, with no petition being submitted, the Charter Amendment became effective on May 14, 2014.
