LEGAL NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Cumberland, Maryland, created under Zoning Ordinance No. 3775, will meet in the Mayor and Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 57 North Liberty Street, Cumberland, Maryland, on WEDNESDAY, April 6, 2016, at 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing the following Appeal as provided for under Section 7.05, Subsection 7.05.01 of Zoning Ordinance No. 3775. The case file for the appeal may be inspected at the Community Development office in the basement of City Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that at the said time and place, any person may appear and testify as to the use of said premises, or object to the issuance of any permits.
The following Appeal will be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals:
APPEAL NO. 131 - Request of Ade Marcus, on behalf of FR and Bill LLC., property owner, for Conditional Use approval to establish a 14-room school for Certified Nursing Assistants in an existing building located at 130 North Mechanic Street in the City of Cumberland.
