The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Cumberland, Maryland, created under Zoning Ordinance No. 3775, will meet in the Mayor and Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 57 North Liberty Street, Cumberland, Maryland, on WEDNESDAY, February 15, 2017, at 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing the following Appeal as provided for under Section 7.05, Subsection 7.05.01 of Zoning Ordinance No. 3775. The case file for the appeal may be inspected at the Community Development office in the basement of City Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that at the said time and place, any person may appear and testify as to the use of said premises, or object to the issuance of any permits.

APPEAL NO. 135 - Request of Todd Helmick, proprietor of Western Maryland Lemonade on behalf of Town Center Development Corp, LLC, property owner, seeking conditional use approval to establish a restaurant/food manufacturing operation in an existing commercial building at 129 Baltimore Street in the City of Cumberland.
