The City of Cumberland Water Department had an emergency shut down due to an 8" water main break on Bedford Street @ Centre Street.
The areas affected include Bedford Street from Queen City Drive to Mechanic Street, Centre Street at Frederick Street, and the Bedford Street side of the bridge coming into town is closed at this time.
