[ARCHIVED] Baltimore Street Underpass reopened for public use beginning today, August 7th

The City of Cumberland announces that the Baltimore Street Underpass will be re-opened for public use beginning today, August 7, 2017. The underpass had been closed to allow for needed repairs.
