The West Virginia University College of Law Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic along with Downstream Strategies is developing a Blight Action Plan for the City of Cumberland. Staff from the Land Use Clinic will present an overview of the plan April 26th beginning at 6:00 pm at the Allegany Museum's Ballroom at 3 Pershing Street. After providing an overview, the staff will be accepting input on the plan including goals and general recommendations to address dilapidated and vacant structures in Cumberland.
The public presentation of the Blight Action Plan will take place in an Open House format so persons interested in learning more about the plan or to provide comments may visit the Allegany Museum Ballroom starting at 6pm.
