The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in Open Session on the second floor of City Hall for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting for an Executive Session pursuant to Section 3-305(b) (1) and (9) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to discuss board and commission appointments, and to confer with legal counsel on issues relative to the CSX bridges, proposed amendments to the City Charter, and issues pertaining to the City's Sick and Safe Leave Policy. Beginning at 6:15 p.m., the Mayor and Council will hold their regularly scheduled Public Meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers.
