Allegany County Recycling is holding its biennial Too Toxic To Trash Event for residents to dispose of their household hazards waste (HHW) properly, on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Allegany County Fairgrounds (11490 Moss Avenue, Cumberland).
