The City of Cumberland Water Department is reporting an emergency shutdown due to a leak on the 12" water main on East Industrial Boulevard.
The area affected includes East Industrial Boulevard from Virginia Avenue to South Street. East Industrial Boulevard will be reduced to one lane.
