Additionally, the Mayor and Council will also meet in closed administrative session that evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room of City Hall to discuss personnel issues and board and commission appointments. Authority to close this session is provided by the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508 (a) (1).
