The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will convene in open session on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, beginning at 5:00 PM for the purpose of closing the meeting for an executive session pursuant to Sections 3-305(b) (9) and (14) of the Annotated Code of Maryland to discuss negotiations with the UFCW, Local 1994 and to discuss matters regarding the award of a communications consulting contract.
Following the executive session and beginning at 6:15 p.m, the Mayor and Council will meet in public session. The open portion of the meetings will be held remotely via video conference and instructions for signing into the meetings are included on the meeting agenda, which can be accessed at:http://www.ci.cumberland.md.us/129/Agendas-Minutes
