A new program is now available to residential property owners within the Canal Place Preservation District. The Canal Place Preservation District Residential Façade Improvement Program applications are now available for download on the City of Cumberland’s website at http://www.ci.cumberland.md.us under News and Announcements The maximum award is $5,000 and must be equally matched by the applicant. Applications are due by noon on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
