The Cumberland Mayor and City Council have changed their previously announced meeting schedule for Wednesday, November 4, 2020.  

Beginning at 4:00 PM, the Mayor and Council will convene in public session for the purpose of closing the meeting to discuss a staff position.  Authority to close this meeting is provided by the Section 3-305 (b) (1) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Beginning at 5:00 PM, the Mayor and Council will hold an open work session.

Beginning at 6:15 PM, the Mayor and Council will hold a public meeting.

Meeting agendas are attached and all public portions of the meetings will be live streamed and may be viewed through the Public Meetings link on the City's website under the Government tab. 

Citizens who wish to provide a comment or ask a question during the 6:15 PM public meeting should refer to the public meeting agenda for instructions.  Meeting agendas may be viewed at: http://www.ci.cumberland.md.us/129/Agendas-Minutes
