The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will hold an open work session on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room of City Hall.
Beginning at 5:20 p.m., the Mayor and Council will enter into closed session to discuss a board appointment and to receive legal advice from the City Solicitor regarding the zoning for a particular property. Authority to close the session is provided by Sections 3-305(b)(1) and (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
At 6:15 p.m., the Mayor and Council will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers.
