Press Release - Update
The City of Cumberland Engineering Department, on behalf of Triton Construction, would like to notify the public that South Mechanic Street will NOT be closed to thru traffic between Baltimore Street and Pershing Street between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 24th. There will still be flagging operations within the Mechanic Street/Baltimore Street Intersection, and motorists should expect delays. Additionally, the City does not anticipate any water service interruptions on Wednesday.
Additional information will be released with further press releases on road closures when a reschedule date has been settled upon.
