I live next door to a run down falling apart apt house that is not being taken care of, grasses and building parts dropping. I was told it is owned by an out of town person. We must enforce our codes...

I live next door to a run down falling apart apt house that is not being taken care of, grasses and building parts dropping. I was told it is owned by an out of town person. We must enforce our codes, and require them to fix and use the property, tear it down, or the city can condemn it and sell it, take it, or raise it.

We aren't asking for much just that they leave his Memorial Pole where he was murdered just under 2 months ago in front of his mother and me. He was the love of my life, he was born there, lived there, played there, we go there to remember his life and there are people from all around the community who come and decorate and help celebrate the life of a 20 year young man who was loved by many. Please don't let the take the memory of his life away from the the place of his tragic murder. We have petitions being signed as I type this from all around the community. Please help us. Help a mother honor her first born and only son, let his 3 sisters have a happy place to go to to remember their big and only brother.
